Fitness Basic includes 12 Small Group classes per month, unlimited Group X classes, full T2W Fit App access, and progress tracking to help you stay consistent.

Can I upgrade from Fitness Basic to Unlimited?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime by contacting the front desk or updating your membership online. Your billing will adjust automatically to the Unlimited rate.

What are Group X classes?

Group X classes are high-energy workouts like Team Sweat, designed to improve endurance, burn calories, and keep you motivated in a fun group environment.

What are Small Group Training classes?

Small Group Training includes specialized, coach-led sessions such as Speed, Agility & Power or Team Flex, focusing on strength, athletic performance, and functional movement.
